Kat is an incredible Yoga instructor. As someone who would practice Yoga only sporadically, I was looking for some inspiration and motivation in order to keep up my practice. Kat provided all of this and more. I signed up for a private session with her and it completely changed my view of Yoga. Kat gives you personalized attention, easily determining what will strengthen you and what your limits are. Her knowledge of all aspects of Yoga philosophy makes the experience incredibly enjoyable. She also brings her warm personality and positive attitude to the session, both of which, I believe, are essential to Yoga instruction. During our session, I became more aware of my body, I was able to challenge myself, and I experienced a more spiritual connection. I cannot recommend her highly enough. - Louise Abnee, Pasadena Marathon Finisher
I love working with Kat because her joy-filled and positive attitude made yoga fun even for an exercise- phobic, couch potato like me. – Honey Rodman
Thank you, Kat for having so much patience with an older (or as you kindly call us, boomers) first time yoga student. I never thought I would be able to get on or off the floor; let alone learn how to strengthen and relax my body at the same time. Thank you for teaching me that it’s never to late to help your body and soul!!! – Marcia Cohen
Kat helped me train for my first marathon. The most important sessions were the yoga lessons we had after the marathon. I contribute my recovery, healing and getting back in my sneakers pain free to the yoga with her. She’s the best! – Shari Perlman, New York Marathon Finisher
I’ve gone to yoga classes on and off for years, but Kat has given me refinements –small adjustments–that make an enormous difference in each posture. Her positive attitude makes our sessions a pleasure and encourages me to keep working and improving. – Ellen C.
