Kat is an incredible Yoga instructor. As someone who would practice Yoga only sporadically, I was looking for some inspiration and motivation in order to keep up my practice. Kat provided all of this and more. I signed up for a private session with her and it completely changed my view of Yoga. Kat gives you personalized attention, easily determining what will strengthen you and what your limits are. Her knowledge of all aspects of Yoga philosophy makes the experience incredibly enjoyable. She also brings her warm personality and positive attitude to the session, both of which, I believe, are essential to Yoga instruction. During our session, I became more aware of my body, I was able to challenge myself, and I experienced a more spiritual connection.
